- Only open for application once student completed all four semesters and after ABM was done.
- AR will update and provide the latest document once approval from RO office was obtained.

• Clarification Letter for Computer Loan Application
• Clarification Letter (to Verify Programme is Run in English Medium)

• Reissue of Certificate (Due to Loss or Fire. Police Report Required)
• Others
